• Depends on a contract of lease
• 1 sqm = 12USD (inclusive, air-conditioner/electric/water/management expenses, VAT not included) | |

Process of apply and procedure

| Benefit of SSU ITC | | | • Consulting and establish a corporation(permit of investment) support | | • Tax exemption for the first four years since taxable income, decrease 50% for the next nine years
• Tax exemption for imported equipments which cannot be produced in Vietnam to establish new business
• Machinery and equipment imported temporarily for the project then re-exported under the exemption from VAT and
import tax
• VAT for software products and software services consumed in Vietnam is 0%
• The export software products are entitled to import and export tax is 0%
• Support a human resource(who graduate a SSA students)
• Support a regular education for settlement in Vietnam successfully
• Support a public meeting room and hall |
